About Me
I'm a science writer and graduate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I write about everything from polycystic ovary syndrome to pawpaw fruits.
I received my BA in English from the University of Cincinnati in 2023. I spent my undergraduate years as a research assistant studying college-level writing instruction and Cincinnati medical history, a technical writer at a medical devices company, an environmental science communicator at local non-profits, a health justice organization leader, and a human-centered designer. Throughout all of my varying experiences, I followed one common thread: storytelling.

I seek out opportunities to take complicated, confusing information and transform it into a relevant story for people who might not otherwise have access to that knowledge.

I am most interested in telling stories about reproductive and sexual health, science and gender, botany, and ecology.
